Minutes of Previous Meeting
Bernie / Tom moved approval of last month's minutes. CARRIED
Introductions
Alan Turner is with us as a new Director. He is retired from Canada Trust & has extensive community experience in Ward 12. We went around the table and introduced ourselves.
Budget 2005 & Nominations for AGM:
John is away, so the Executive will meet with him next Wednesday to finalize nominations.
Handout of draft budget provided. Bernie will circulate online.
Since neither item is ready for approval at this time, further discussions and approval will take place online.
Adjournment
Bill moved that we adjourn at 6:40 PM so that we could move into the second stage of our "Planning" activities with Naomi Mensink as facilitator.
